Tony Villarreal's journey began in the world of construction at a young age. While learning the industry from his family, he quickly cultivated a passion for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Alongside his wife, Isabel, he founded Alabaster in 2017, driven by a commitment to serving families whose homes didn’t fit their needs. Alabaster focused on remodel projects for any part of the home. From painting fences to gutting kitchens, Tony helped many fall in love with their home again.
With a desire to help the next generation, Tony had a vision of an organization that focused on providing opportunity to those who want to discover career options outside of college. In a world where trades and craft are being lost, there are plenty of options for the next generation to find what they are good at and make a good living.
We are all different, but that is by design. We want to celebrate the different passions, talents and skills that each of us have been given and hone them to be a tool to build our community.
